Wicker Bay is a place where Seraphin, a young muskrat has settled to start a new, independent life. The Rat, a braggart and a wise guy is teaching his little friend how to cope with problems and introduces him to other water animals living in a Wicker Bay. The protagonists of the film are animals young audiences do not usualy know. The attractive adventures og little Seraphin also investigate nature. The settings are beautiful and realistic, the animals likable.
